Precious Querubin, MSHCM

Brings over 19 years of experience in public health leadership, workforce development, and strategic facilitation. She has led countywide workforce plans, organizational assessments, and equity-focused initiatives across clinical and community settings. Precious currently serves on the board of a Federally Qualified Health Center and teaches Healthcare Management at Cal State LA.

Senior Consultant, Equity & Organizational Strategy

Dr. Saima Husain, PhD

Has over 20 years of experience in social justice, with a focus on gender justice, workers’ rights, and immigrant rights. She has led equity, leadership development, and systems change efforts across grassroots, international, and movement-building organizations, and is also a trained somatic coach. As a partner at Ciel Strategic Innovations, Saima uses her expertise in intersectional analysis and strategic planning to drive meaningful, equity-centered change.

Arin Babakhani, MSc, MSHCM

A strategist and systems thinker with a background in nonprofit innovation, public policy, and collaborative design. She has led equity-centered initiatives across philanthropic, academic, and nonprofit sectors, using participatory facilitation to drive transformative change.
