Because of our deep roots in public health, Ciel proudly served as the consulting group chosen by a Public Health Department in Minnesota for a comprehensive workforce assessment and strategic planning initiative. Our focus was to address staffing shortages and devise a five-year staffing plan aligned with foundational public health responsibilities.
